  They don’t answer phone calls, I’ve tried them twice now and let it ring for 5 minutes straight each time to no avail. If you need assistance, just go inside and force them to talk to you I guess. Sadly, I don’t have this luxury because I live 20 minutes away and didn’t want to waste my gas for them to not have the shade I’m searching for. update: I’ve been trying now for an hour. Around 10 phone calls have been made and still no answer. What’s the point of even having a phone number to call then?
