  Justin and Nicole are amazing. We purchased pillows at another Mattress Firm store a couple months ago and one of them flattened and lost its shape right away. We were passing by this store and we went in just to ask if that was normal or what we should do. Nicole was very helpful looking up our order and Justin said rather than go through all the return process would we like a brand new pillow. He let me try a few and explained the different types and let me pick the one I wanted - really so nice and so gracious - above an beyond customer service. We will be forever customers as long as Justin and Nicole are there! Highly recommend!
