  FCI is a great full stop shop. The selection is great, estimates are well thought out and detailed, the install crews are very precise and tidy. I've had two projects done and will be using FCI again.

  Floor Covering International has our heart from start to finish. After 15 years of wear and tear on our floors, we were ready to make a change. We found them online. Great website Guys! Chris Harnden was our first contact. His confidence and knowledge of the products was a green light for us. FCI treated our home as their own, taking out the old floors, prepping the surface, and installing a beautiful laminate of this thick gorgeous Golden Walnut. New baseboards went on and every attention was paid to the details, even down to the huge walk-in pantry!. It was all spic and span when their team left. I would highly recommend Floor Covering International in Concord. Our appreciation to Reggie and his awesome team. We are so happy to show off our new floors!!! Thank you FCI ☺

  Let me start by saying good customer service is hard to find, however Floor Coverings International provided a great product and great customer service.
