  A quick lesson in retail for your employees. If you have a customer that comes in every few months for boots and/or pants and spends anywhere from 150 to 300 each time , i would suggest not giving said customer a hard time when trying to return a shirt. Especially when the reason is because it was washed one time before trying it on. It was never worn to work. Consider maybe taking the $70 hit instead of losing a customer forever....and no I'm not digging through the trash for the labels....but thanks.

  Brain-dead inventory babysitter guy... his favorite word is "uuhhhmmm" followed by, we don't carry that. Me, "can you order it?" Him, "uuhhhmmm, I don't know if they have any in stock..." waist of my time... went there willing to drop over $200. I'll take my chances with amazon.
